00:16a thorough data validation and manual name matching process was carried out by the 4Ps National Program Management Office
00:25in more than 14,000 validated sample households.
00:29It was found that only 17 families did not make it to the 1st and 3rd lists.
00:37In order to avoid this problem,
00:39Dumlao said that they will implement their Community-Based Monitoring System this year.
00:45The DSWD is recognizing the findings of COA
00:49and is considering this an opportunity to improve their process
00:53and ensure that the government's assistance will go to the poorest families.
