00:00The Commission on Elections has issued an exemption for the spending of 28 programs of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

00:07The exemption includes assistance to the Kaposangkita Program or AKAP, Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program or FORPEACE,

00:14Walang Gutong Program, Assistance to Individuals in Crisis or AICS Program, and more.

00:21But if the Commission on Elections has issued an exemption,

00:24they must also ensure that during the distribution of programs or assistance,

00:30no politician or candidate is seen.

00:34The DSWD must also follow the guidelines of the Commission on Elections for the exempted programs.
