Department of Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr. and Department of Trade and Industry Maria Cristina Aldeguer-Roque conduct a Joint-Market Monitoring wherein they inspect various rice retail stores in Murphy Public Market in Cubao, Quezon City on Friday, Jan 10. During the said activity, the DA have also inspected the Kadiwa ng Pangulo stall which sells the newly “Sulit Rice“ that retails for P36 per kilo which aims  to offer lower-priced options to Filipino consumers.
