02:04to ensure your security, dignity, and rights.

02:10In addition, the marines are required to be a member of the S.S.S.,

02:14PhilHealth, and Pag-ibig to obtain insurance, housing, and retirement benefits.

02:21They will be given access to counseling, financial assistance, legal assistance,

02:26and other supports from the marines and the family of the seafarers.

02:30At the same time, they will undergo quality training

02:33that will enhance and advance the careers of the seafarers,

02:37not only the men, but also the women.

02:41This journey does not only open opportunities for the industry,

02:58The government will establish a one-stop shop

03:01for seafarers who meet their needs.

03:05President Marcos has ordered the government agencies

03:09to ensure its implementation.
