00:11A large part of Eastern Visayas, especially in northern and eastern Samar provinces,
00:17was hit by a shirline that affected the whole region.
00:21In the northern and eastern Samar,
00:23the residents experienced heavy floods since early this morning
00:29due to the constant rainfall in the past three days.
00:33The towns of Maslog, Dolores, Canavid, Arteche, and Tafs
00:38in eastern Samar and northern Samar,
00:41some of the main roads that cross the towns of Katarman and Lauang,
00:46and Katarman and Calbayog City,
00:48were temporarily unable to pass due to floods and landslides.
00:52The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office also recorded
00:56landslides in the Mugtok-Maasin City Road in southern Leyte.
01:00A part of Buraytaf Road in eastern Samar was also unable to pass.

01:29The Department of Social Welfare and Development,
