Will they or won’t they? Is Jerry Jones going to give Mike McCarthy an extension or will he move on after five years together? McCarthy’s return feels like a genuine coin flip at the moment. But who are some candidates that the Cowboys are likely to consider if Jones decides it’s time to move on?

00:42risking letting McCarthy go to take this person? So this is alphabetical order. Number one,

00:48John Gruden. No, not worth the gamble. He's too much of a wild card for me. John Gruden

00:54falls in love with players too much. Uh, I think John Gruden's a little bit overrated.

00:59I don't know that the, I know you said it started to turn around in Vegas. I'm not even

01:03talking about Gruden's issues that got him out of the league. John, I don't trust John

01:08running my entire program. I want him nowhere near personnel and nowhere near what defining

01:14what a good quarterback is. Number two. I agree with you. If John Gruden wants to go

01:20coach Derek Carr again, it's like not just because he has to take that job. If he wants

01:26to go do that again, that shows you everything you need to know about John Gruden's football

01:30intelligence. Number two, Vance Joseph, defensive coordinator for the Broncos who has led a

01:35resurgence and a lot of, he got screwed. He got screwed in Denver. A lot of people felt

01:39he didn't get a fair shake. A lot of people, but I mean, even still, that is something

01:43working against him. You had a hack it. Uh, I can't remember who it was right after that.

01:49Hack. It's an offensive guy. Vance's defense, but it was a hard hack. It was the head coach

01:53as the head coach. I think, uh, I don't know enough about Vance Joseph. I, uh, I think

01:58Vance a fine coat. I'm more on the, I want either an offensive guy or CEO as the coach.
