00:39offensive coach okay so we're gonna go offense now so once you've got but I don't I don't
00:44care really I don't care what their expertise is on the side of the ball I need someone
00:50to hire the right person Dan Campbell hired Ben Johnson so I don't need to have I don't
00:57need to have the expertise unless you're some offensive unless it's Sean Payton who's
01:01gonna call the plays and totally be in charge of it himself I'd slightly prefer offense
01:06then I think I already know your answer to this next one do you want the CEO head coach
01:09or do you want the X's and O's type of head coach if he's a brilliant X's and O's guy
01:14I'll take that but overall CEO so CEO is the the one that you'll enter it so you want an
01:19offensive CEO head coach okay so do you want a guy who has previous NFL head coaching experience
01:24somebody who is the you know hotshot coordinator who's looking for his first break current
01:30college head coach or just shake up the system give me something completely outside the box
01:35give me the the candidate who is not like being discussed at all in these job interviews
01:42I don't have a significant preference I'm cool with someone who has skins on the wall
01:48I'm cool with some new cool hotshot I'm staying away from college I'm ruling that out I'll
01:55probably lean towards the veteran but you know Sean McVay that type of new young hot
02:02name would be fun as well I'll probably lean towards vet that okay so we've got previous
02:06coaching experience so now this is where we we get down to do you want somebody who has
02:11gone through coaching rehab and you know with somebody who is a big name candidate star
02:17shine had fallen off of them they ended up going through their coaching rehab Super Bowl
02:21winner a former rising star who maybe didn't get a fair shake at their previous jobs or
02:28a boomer bust candidate probably the third one okay so you want the former rising star
02:35who didn't get a fair shake necessarily previous jobs you want Frank Reich would you take Frank
