00:00We are a start-up company focusing on renewable energy industries, specifically on the hydrogen
00:09economy and its technologies.
00:12We do in-house development of renewable energy industries.
00:15I'm also working with local government and local industries to expedite the adoption
00:20of hydrogen economy.
00:21Our innovation is basically working on AI-integrated hydrogen-powered electricity generator.
00:27Back in 2019, we were working as an internship in the rural areas.
00:32At that time, we learned that electricity is a major need for the residents of the rural
00:39areas.
00:40They only use this diesel generator at night.
00:43Their daily lives are affected.
00:45Me and my colleagues, we got an idea to look into renewable energy sources that will be
00:52cost-effective and also can be used for a longer time period.
00:55That will not affect a daily life of a consumer and as well as a business.
01:00We use hydrogen energy, which comes from water.
01:04Hydrogen energy is a renewable energy source.
01:08Typically, it comes in from water.
01:10It has no carbon emissions and is environmentally friendly.
01:13This is the hydrogen gas.
01:15Typically, it comes from water.
01:17We have installed a pressure gauge to look into the pressure management.
01:20This is very crucial when you go to industry to look into the safety of hydrogen where
01:25to avoid explosion and flammable gases releasing.
01:28We have a flow meter that controls the volume of hydrogen gas required for the fuel cell
01:34to convert that into electricity.
01:36This is my fuel cell that converts the hydrogen gas into the final electricity.
01:41This electricity goes to the inverter to convert that into DC current and being stored in the
01:47battery.
01:48We have a novel thermal management system here.
01:51This is a radiator and this is a water tank.
01:54It supplies cooling mechanism individually to my battery and my fuel cell here.
01:59This is the thermal temperature sensor.
02:02This is installed for fuel cell that will control and also monitor your temperature.
02:06For example, if the temperature increases in the fuel cell, then it will automatically
02:10trigger the thermal management to supply individually only for the fuel cell.
02:14This is the power board for the EI.
02:17How it powers up the EI board comes in from here.
02:20Everything here is individually.
02:23No additional power supply is required.
02:25What are we hoping here with Innovaton is that with this, we are able to penetrate the
02:30market even more.
02:31The reason why?
02:32Because not only in Malaysia but all over the world, hydrogen seems to be a very immature
02:37technology.
02:38Some of us are still lacking in terms of hydrogen adoption.
02:42We see that hydrogen is not safe.
02:45Through here, we are making hydrogen a safer mechanism and also a reliable mechanism.
02:49The second is that we are looking into support of the digital industries.
02:54We could be able to deploy our technology in the market more in Malaysia and as well
02:58internationally.
