00:00I guess I don't know about you.

00:01At the middle of the year, I thought for sure

00:03Ryan Poles was safe.

00:05And then as this losing streak kept going on,

00:09I started to question it.

00:10I think everything is on the table, in my opinion.

00:12I talked about Kevin Warren being the savior,

00:14hopefully, that he knows to make the right decision.

00:17And if the right decision is to get rid of Ryan Poles

00:20and bring somebody in that is married with a coach,

00:23then I'm all for it.

00:24But then also, I'm thinking about Ryan Poles.

00:26He came out this year and he said,

00:28I built this team to win now.

00:29He built the team the way he did.

00:31He said, I'm going to give Caleb all these weapons

00:33on the outside.

00:33This is going to be the best way for my rookie quarterback

00:36to learn and grow.

00:37And obviously, that hasn't worked out.

00:39And he also said, I have the best depth

00:41I've ever had at O-line.

00:42I just truly believe in my O-line, my depth.

00:44That hasn't worked out.

00:45So I have a lot of questions about what his plan was,

00:48or we know what his plan was, but the execution of his plan

00:51and how much it's failed.

00:52So I think everything is on the table.

00:55It'll be interesting to follow the next few months of who

00:58comes in as a coach, what they'd

01:00like to do with this team.

01:02Do they get along with Ryan Poles?

01:03Is it Ryan Poles' true decision to make the next head

01:06coaching hire?

01:07They've got a lot of questions there to figure out.

01:10And again, I just hope Kevin Warren

01:11helps make the right decision.

01:13You know what's crazy, Pat?

01:14You were right on all of that.

01:16And you didn't even cover half the things

01:18that have been screwed up there at Hatties Hall.

01:20You didn't even cover Alan Williams and David Walker

01:23getting fired in the first year.

01:24You didn't even cover Getsy.

01:26You didn't even talk about all the things

01:28that you can go through that Ryan Poles has a hand in.

01:33When you're the boss, there's always a reason.

01:35There's always someone else to blame.

01:36But it ends up on your door, man.

01:38It just does.

01:39It doesn't matter what you do in life.

01:41If you're on the top of the totem pole,

01:43it ends up at your doorstep.

01:45You have to fire guys.

01:46And after you fired them, he says, we do what?

01:48We're proud to make the hard decisions.

01:51That's what he said.

01:52So OK, that's fine.

01:53Here's the deal.

01:55Ryan Poles, the only reason you would keep him

01:57is to keep a little stability for Caleb Williams.

01:59It's the only reason you do it.

02:01Because everything else, every other decision you could find,

02:05you could give a reason to fire him.
