01:34It only gets weaker as the weeks go on. That's why yesterday's effort

01:39Matters in the perception of Ryan polls is power

01:43And if you've got a weak

01:45GM then all of a sudden as a head coach being interviewed if you're Mike Vrabel your ask

01:51Changes your perception of the job if you're Ben Johnson your perception of interviewing here or somewhere with a strong

01:58GM or a non-existent GM that you can partially name all of a sudden it gets it gets

02:05Murkier to try and get a great head coaching candidate if your GM

02:09Looks a bit neutered in my opinion and either way the team plays like ass and that part is unquestioned
