Here's your holiday travel outlook for Dec. 24. Several areas of the country including the western and northeastern U.S. could be impacted by the weather during the holiday week.

00:08There you go. Good advice. And in the northeast, we have a lot of areas facing this accumulating

00:12snow. Then you get down into D.C. where we've had reports of ice, freezing rain, an issue there too.

00:18Not something you want to hear if you're heading out for early Christmas Eve. In the west,

00:22we've had storm after storm. And now this current storm is causing problems here for our Tuesday.

00:28If we look overall at a Christmas day, we'll still have some of those showers there

00:33in Seattle, but you'll start to see more of the rain surge north Memphis, Chicago.
