00:00When we talk about mental illness, we have to go in two directions.
00:09One is certainly sanitary, in the organization of a network of people in charge of people with these disorders,
00:15who know how to immediately intercept and get rid of the pathology,
00:19and provide a path of psychological and psychiatric support, not only pharmacological,
00:24where recovery is also needed.
00:26In addition to this, we need a great cultural work,
00:28where society must always understand that a disease, like many other diseases,
00:32certainly with some complicity in addition, because it obviously concerns the behavioral sphere of people,
00:38but that they need understanding and acceptance, not certainly isolation, which often happens.
00:44In short, we must remove the stigma that often accompanies this pathology,
00:48as a consideration that should never be forgotten.
00:51Deep down, we all have weaknesses, also from the point of view of psychology.
00:56We can all need help and support.
00:58We should not be ashamed to ask for it,
01:00but above all we should not be so omissive in being close to the people who live this situation.
