00:00I think there is a structural issue linked to a scarcity of investments, both in resources,
00:12both in human resources, as regards the whole issue of mental health.
00:17It is a sector of our health in which we invest less than the European average,
00:22so we need to pay more attention to politics,
00:25also because the data of the fragility of psychological disorders,
00:30of the fragilities that exist, are certainly on the rise, even after Covid.
00:35So the proposals we have worked on are those of the basic psychologist,
00:41precisely to overcome the social stigma that is often accompanied by these forms of pathologies,
00:48but also to insert into our schools the doorstep of school psychology,
00:54precisely to support the community, even from adolescence,
01:00in supporting fragility, requests for help,
01:04and they are valuable tools that can be used both to make a good programming of territorial policies,
01:10but also to send these children to second-level services with early commissioning.
01:18So it is an urgent issue that obviously requires an awareness and responsibility of the whole policy.
