Do you think your area needs more housing, and where do you think new homes should be built? How do you feel about building on open spaces or fields to meet housing demands—should it be allowed, or is it going too far?

00:00Yeah, I feel like it's very like crowded and sort of redland, Coffin Hill area, especially
00:08like as a student trying to find housing, it's such a stressful time. It's really like
00:12dog eat dog out there. So I think there should be more houses sort of.
00:17Seems pretty difficult to think where you could, you could build in Kingsdown because
00:21it's already quite densely built.
00:24I think housing's important, but equally the right type of housing. I'm one for, it's important
00:31to have care in the community. And when you have lots of silly one bedroom flats, there's
00:36no capacity to support anybody. So I'm after more, not exactly communal housing, but family
00:44housing where more support and capacity for support can be in the community.
00:50I mean, it's got to be done. That's just a fact of life. I mean, there's too much demand
00:58for the amount of properties that there are.
