00:08What is the latest on our time, Ma'am Veronica?

00:11Good morning to you and to our followers on PTV4.

00:15We are monitoring a low-pressure area and earlier this morning,

00:19it was at a distance of 155 kilometers east-southeast of Tagum City, Davao del Norte.

00:25It is within the ITCZ that is affected in Visayas and Mindanao.

00:30Because it is within the LPA, we expect that it will be rainy.

00:34There are also scattered clouds in the eastern Visayas, Caracas and Davao region.

00:38It will be sheerly rainy in the Bicol region and Quezon.

00:41ITCZ in the lower parts of Visayas and Mindanao.

00:45Northeast monsoon in Cagayan Valley, CAR and Aurora.

00:50The weather is better in Metro Manila and the lower parts of the region

00:53where there is a chance of light rain.

00:55We also have no high-gain warnings for any foreign seas of our country.

00:59But be careful with the spread of the measles in our country
