00:17Good morning to you and to all the listeners of BTV4.

00:21Today, we expect that either it will rain or it will be cloudy.

00:26At this time of the day, in Cagayan Valley, Corte Sierra, Alta Vista, Bicol Region, Baropa, and Quezon,

00:32due to the low season.

00:34In Metro Manila, it will be partly cloudy.

00:37At this time of the day, there are chances that it will rain,

00:40and it will be partly cloudy in the chances of localized thunderstorms.

00:45What are the chances that it will be cloudy?

00:51We are expecting that it will be cloudy in Norway, Quezon, and Visayas.

00:56And if possible, don't go out in those areas because it's dangerous,

01:00especially in the coastal areas because it will be very cloudy.

01:06We also received a weather advisory update at 5 a.m.

01:10We are also expecting that it will be cloudy in the areas of Edon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Azayas, and Surigot.
