00:00Hooker sets the scrum in a split stance, right foot forward with hands above their head.
00:07Each prop in turn binds onto the hooker, with their inside arm taking a low bind just above the shorts.
00:16Hooker binds the arm around the backs of both props just under the armpit.
00:21Props to square up and pop their inside shoulders out so that all six shoulders are showing.
00:29Props feet should be parallel with feet facing forward.
00:34They should now be ready and anticipating the call crouch.
00:38On the call of crouch, bend at the waist so chest is over the thighs.
00:44Hold tight for five seconds and repeat the set up to five times.
