I didn't say a lot last time.
00:06
He's so boring.
00:08
Hello!
00:11
What's going on here?
00:18
Huh?
00:20
I mean the staff and the girls might be here.
00:23
We've got a smiley here.
00:25
Yeah.
00:27
Pablo's got the dinosaur.
00:29
Okay, and Dan, what was it like to come in today and put a smile on the kids' faces?
00:33
Yeah, it was unbelievable.
00:35
You know, when you get a chance to do this each year, you want to do it.
00:39
You know, it's not nice that they're in hospital this time of year,
00:43
so for us to come and hopefully make a slight difference
00:46
and maybe put a smile on their face for a few hours is a really nice feeling, yeah.
00:51
What were some of the presents you had in your bag there?
00:53
It was a few hats, scarves, gloves, some on blankets,
00:57
and Pablo was carrying around all the sun and dinosaurs, which the kids really liked.
01:01
Is it one of the best things about being a player, coming in and doing these sort of things
01:04
and seeing the reaction you get from these kids?
01:06
Yeah, I think of all the kind of player appearances that we do throughout the year,
01:10
this is probably the one that you get the most kind of satisfaction from,
01:14
coming in and, you know, hopefully putting a smile on the kid and their family
01:18
who are in the hospital with them's face for an hour or two and hopefully making their day.
01:24
So yeah, I'd say this one's probably the best one we do throughout the year.
01:28
Okay, and Wilson, how did it feel to go around today and put a smile on the kids' faces?
01:44
It's an amazing feeling to give the first of all a little bit of our time,
01:52
a little bit of our energy, and it feels so good to feel, you know, the face, the smile on the face.
01:59
It shows us so much good positive energy and we're so happy to make this today.
02:05
And what were some of the presents you gave out?
02:07
Oh, today we gave some hats, some gloves, some scarves also, some small dinosaurs,
02:13
but all with the Sunland badge.
02:16
So we just like to do that to show that we are so involved in that city, in that club.
02:21
That's amazing and I hope that when they will get better,
02:24
they will come see us at the stage on the flight.
02:36
Okay, and Anthony, obviously you've been giving some presents out there to the kids.
02:38
What was it like to see them?
02:39
Yeah, obviously it's a really nice feeling being able to put a smile on the kids' faces.
02:44
It makes their day and it makes my day, making them happy as well.
02:49
Is it one of the best things about being a player?
02:51
Coming in and being able to do that just by appearing in a room?
02:53
Yeah, definitely. I think it's always nice when you go into a room and there's big smiles
02:58
and people are excited to see you. It's always nice having that effect.
03:01
And I saw you carrying a big bag round there. What did you have in it?
03:03
Dinosaurs. I was in charge of the dinosaurs and giving the kids some dinosaurs.
03:08
So they went down well, the dinosaurs.
03:11
Okay, and ladies, what was it like to go around and put a smile on the kids' faces with those presents?
03:15
It's lovely. It's lovely to come in and be able to put a big smile on their face.
03:19
What were some of the presents?
03:21
It's always nice to see people smiling.
03:23
It's always nice to see people smiling.
03:25
It's always nice to see people smiling.
03:28
It's always nice to see people smiling.
03:30
What were some of the presents you were giving out?
03:32
Like scarves, gloves, teddy's, stuff like that.
03:34
Is it one of the best things about being a footballer being able to come along and do this at Christmas time?
03:39
Yeah, definitely. I think it's special at the women's games.
03:41
It's lovely to see all the kids that come along and obviously come into the game
03:44
and seeing everybody with a big smile on everyone's face.
03:47
There you are.
03:48
Hi, how are you all doing?
03:50
Good, thank you.
03:52
Nice to meet you.
03:54
Hi, how are you?
03:56
Good, thank you.
03:58
How are you doing?
04:00
Good, thank you.
04:02
How are you?
04:04
Good, thank you.
04:06
OK, then, Charlie, are you a Stirling supporter?
04:08
Yes.
04:10
So what was it like to meet the players then?
04:12
I feel amazing, I'm glad I came to the doctors
04:14
because this is what I've always wished for,
04:16
to get this signature and everything.
04:18
And my brother's going to be president of this.
04:20
Who's your favourite player?
04:22
Erm, I don't even know because
04:24
they won't let me.
04:26
But for a goalkeeper, I would say Paterson 2.
04:28
And what did you get off them,
04:30
what did they give you, you got your cards then, what else?
04:32
So they got me a signature card,
04:34
they gave me a dinosaur,
04:36
and they gave me a full on set of
04:38
erm,
04:40
Sunderland and stuff,
04:42
and I'm really glad that I came.
