We visit Ibrox Stadium to see the managers box and find out more about the pitch.

00:00This is the Rangers Directors' Box. It's the biggest directors' box in Scotland.

00:04There's 101 seats in here. Little has changed in here since 1928.

00:09New seating, better seating, but it's the same wooden surround,

00:13all the way around. And you think of the famous people

00:16who have come up these steps. The Queen, Prime Ministers,

00:19politicians, sports stars, pop stars. Would you call Ross Stewart a pop star?

00:26Rangers directors always sit in the top left-hand corner here.

00:30The seat on the second row at the end is always left free

00:33in case the Rangers manager gets sent to the stand.

00:36Graeme Souness was very familiar with that seat.

00:39Walter was known to go there fairly regularly.

00:42After the disaster of 71, we had to change the structure of the stadium.

00:47And it went all over Europe to get a template to fit this ground

00:50and we copied Borussia Dortmund. So the three stands opposite this stand

00:55were copied from Borussia Dortmund. Now, the corners are filled in

00:59so it doesn't quite have the same effect, but it's obstruction-free stands.
