Chris Simmons tours care homes to promote Christmas Single

Singer-songwriter Chris Simmons is on a two week tour visiting care homes across Portsmouth and Sussex to promote his Christmas single “A Cold December” and raising money and awareness for bereavement charity AtaLoss.

00:10To promote my single A Cold December, but also I think it's nice to

00:16Try and bring a bit of music to people who can't get out to gigs

00:19And my experience with we're four days in now of a two-week tour and my experience

00:25So far has been that everybody has loved it and it's shown the power of music, you know, I'm really shown

00:33How it's just just seeing their everyone's eyes light up and you know, I'm seeing some Christmas carols like

00:39yeah, the classics away in a manger side at night and it's just amazing seeing everybody singing along and

00:46Yeah, it's been a really heartwarming thing
