00:00Amy, tell me a little bit about your Christmas decorations this year.
00:05Well, we've been doing them for about four years. I can't take all credit.
00:09My husband is the one that's up the ladder, I'm obviously speaking on his behalf.
00:13We've been doing them for four years. It's just purely for festive, for people to smile,
00:19for the children down the road, they all like to come out.
00:23We did it firstly for our daughter, it was just like round the house
00:27and then we had just a snowman and the Christmas tree and then we added lights on the front
00:32and on the side and it's just got bigger and bigger.
00:35We've had Christmas cards through the door, we've had people knock.
00:38So yeah, we do it really just to put smiles on people's faces.
00:42That's what we really like to do.
00:45So it's been a good reaction?
00:47Yes, definitely.
00:48And you say you're adding more and more each year?
00:50We do, yeah. So hopefully next year with Ben building now a fence out the front,
00:54we can put some things obviously in the front garden, a bit of inflatables or something
00:59that will bring a bit more people over.
01:02That's great. And I understand this year that you're taking donations as well?
01:08Yes, we got approached by a neighbour asking if we'd do any charities,
01:13taking money for charity.
01:15I hadn't really given it a thought up until then.
01:17So what we'll do is we'll just, hopefully obviously the news can put up a link or something
01:23if they want to donate, people can.
01:26Obviously it's entirely up to them.
01:29I know I've got family members that have said that they would like to donate.
01:32We will donate ourselves and we've got neighbours that have said that they would like to as well.
01:36And that's for the Rowan's Hospice.
01:38Obviously they're just close to my heart.
