00:35during the Disasters and Emergencies Act as a way to reduce the financial burden of students and their families.
00:44The benevolence of this law allows the disaster-affected students and their families
00:49to have a breathing space as they recuperate and rebuild their lives.
00:54It is our hope that this law will help lessen the financial burden off of our students' shoulders as they continue their schooling.
