00:00Caleb Williams, of course, has had quite the first year in Chicago as the number one overall

00:08draft pick.

00:09He has now already been through an offensive coordinator getting fired, his head coach

00:13got fired last week.

00:15He is getting a crash course in the world of the National Football League, and he loses

00:20every week.

00:21Here is Caleb.

00:23Don't worry, Scotty, because he plans on growing from all of these experiences.

00:28I wouldn't say that it will affect my development.

00:30I think this is a stepping stone of development, you know, to be able to have all of this in

00:39my first year.

00:40I wouldn't say that I'm happy for it, but, you know, having these moments is definitely

00:46something that will help me in the future.

00:48Having these situational moments that, you know, you can't, it's hard to rep in practice.

00:54Having some of these moments, having, you know, your coach fired, your coaches fired,

00:59and people being promoted, and, you know, things like that all happening within, you

01:04know, a couple of weeks of each other, you know, I think it would have helped me in the

01:10long run.

01:11Oh, stop.

01:12You know what this is?

01:14That is such a load of shack.

01:15What it is, is the, and I said this the other day, the Bears are a disaster.

01:21They're an absolute disaster.

01:23So the bloodletting has been going on for two months, and he's been exposed to all of

01:29it.

01:30So he is learning the hard way what it's like, frankly, to play in the NFL and to be successful.

01:37Now, that is not saying what it's like to be in the NFL and getting paid a lot of money.

01:44So he's rich already, and your first deal in the NFL, you're rich, but you're not that

01:50rich.

01:52The first deal is not the one that gets you paid.

01:54You see what Dak Prescott's doing, and these guys are doing now.

01:58Even Daniel Jones, they just gave him four years $160 million, and he doesn't have a

02:02job.

02:03Well, now he's with the Vikings.

02:05I guess they picked him up or whatever.

02:07All I know is they get more money down the road than they do at the beginning, and anything

02:14else doesn't even matter.
