00:21And I think you can still say that, Scott, despite the fact that he threw four touchdowns

00:28There is the good and then there is the guaranteed bad with Jameis Winston as well.

00:34It is a really intriguing question, Scott, not for this year and what could have been,

00:39as the Browns are not going to be a playoff team, they are three and nine, and maybe they'll

00:42be slightly competitive as they have with Jameis Winston in his five starts for the

00:48most part.

00:49I think the question becomes, moving forward, Sean Watson, once he returns from the torn

00:53achilles, it's widely presumed he will never play again for Cleveland.

00:58At least that is the thought from his football perspective, but the contract perspective

01:03and all the guaranteed money and thus the dead cap hits that Watson presents to this

01:07Cleveland franchise is worth noting as well.

01:16be, whether it's retaining Jameis or going out and trying to find somebody in the NFL

01:21I think that's what they probably would do, right?
