00:00So it's a fallout from rivalry week in college football and there were fights galore Mike

00:09all over the country in these big games as these kids lost their minds after the games

00:16were over and players were trying to plant flags and do devious things and then the fists

00:21were flying and then cops were pepper spraying coaches and players like what is happening

00:26to the world we live in Mike.

00:28Scott I will say this about what happened in those games if you if you if you're Michigan

00:36and you're coming in at six and five and you're playing a Ohio State team that is literally

00:43two points from being undefeated and playing at home and played this whole season to get

00:49to this day and you take that afternoon from them you beat them on the field of play there's

00:55nothing else to be done beyond that planning a flag what is that I compared it I compare

01:01it to winning an Oscar and then joining the cast of of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

01:08I mean you've already won the best thing you can do in performing and now you're going

01:12to do this Chuck.

01:14I mean honestly it really is so what do you think like I said earlier I don't remember

01:21what the game was Mafia might remember but there was a college basketball game this year

01:26already where the students stormed the floor and they beat a team that was ranked 13th

01:32and I was like you gotta storm the floor when you win a top five game you shouldn't be allowed

01:38to storm the floor when you beat a 13th ranked team because first of all the polls don't

01:44matter unless you're in the top five and basically then you're one of the powers of college sports

01:50when you're 13th or 18th or 25th you don't matter there's a sliding scale on that if

01:56you're DePaul and you beat anybody that can bounce a basketball and you haven't done that

02:01in like 20 years I'd say if you're if you're DePaul do you remember McGuire do you remember

02:09when Mark or you know McGuire played there the teams that they had there when the old

02:15man was coaching there not his son Joey but when the old man was coaching there when you

02:20and I were young Mike DePaul was great in basketball they could always like went on

02:25a run in the tournament and lost they could never get over the hump but they were always

02:30a power they were that they did get to the final four in 79 it's just everybody forgets

02:35that because magic and bird were there but it had been a power and even Joey had some

02:43great years before things petered out a little bit at the end of his career great man Joey

02:48Meyer we just lost him not long ago but it has been really fallow for a long period of

02:55time and Chris Holtman has it going now so if they want to storm the floor if they beat

03:00somebody in the Big East and they lost and the kids storm the floor I thought it was
