00:07assemblymen has denied claims she did not disclose a sponsored trip to Indonesia earlier

00:13Natasha Sim, CEO of Sabah Mineral Management Sendiam Berhad, also denied that she misled
00:19the board by tampering with the minutes of a meeting, as alleged in a police report lodged
00:24in Sabah this evening.
00:26According to the police report, she and her husband are alleged to have gone on a trip
00:30on a private jet that also included a timber trader and his two children.
00:35Sim said she was prepared to be investigated over the matter and pledged her full cooperation.
00:40FMT is made to understand that Sim has documentary evidence to debunk these claims.
00:45It is also learnt that legal action will be taken against those circulating and publishing
00:50the claims.
00:51Earlier this month, SMM had accused former CEO Jonti Ngehon of breach of fiduciary duty,
00:58fraud and misconduct, with reports filed with the police and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption
01:02Commission, which Jonti has since denied.
