00:04an e-title and certificates of condonation and release of mortgage or cockroam

00:25He is one of the more than 4,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries

00:28who were given an e-title and certificate of condonation in Quezon Province.

00:33He says he was affected by the typhoon because of the huge help he received

00:36because what he was paid for his farm is what he can use for other needs.

00:42It's a huge help for us farmers because what we earn is very little.

00:47We are still paying for the land and for the penalties.

00:52We can hardly afford to pay for it.

00:54This is the first to share the certificates of condonation and release of mortgage or cockroam in Calabarzon.

01:00A total of 11,497 certificates were shared with agrarian reform beneficiaries

01:06to improve agricultural productivity in the region

01:09while more than Php 441 million was condoned.

01:13The aim of this initiative is to reduce the financial burden of farmers.

01:17This also includes the 15 e-titles under Project SPLIT.

01:21Even in the middle of a drought, you continue to rise to provide food for every household.

01:29We cannot forgive your efforts and sacrifices every day.

01:35That is why we aspire to give you a sustainable life.

01:40The distribution of cockroam is a fulfillment of President Marcos Jr.'s promise

01:44for a comprehensive agrarian reform.

01:46It is also in accordance with the R.A. 11953 or New Emancipation Act

01:51that is expected to bring great financial prosperity,

01:54inspire farmers and strengthen food security.
