00:00President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. was awarded the title of Land and Certificate of Condemnation with Release of Mortgage in Lucena City today.

00:10More than 11,000 certificates were awarded by the government to more than 7,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries.

00:19The goal is to help farmers and clear their debts.

00:24This is also in line with the RA 11953 or the New Emancipation Act
