00:24Government you have to have government in concert with the regulator

00:27You have to put support in for those small number of vulnerable high users at the same time as bringing standing charges down

00:35And we haven't got that support. So I was expecting an announcement on standing charges in the price cap announcement last Friday

00:41It hasn't happened

00:42I now think it will come before Christmas and I think the regulator will have reject its own consultation to drop standing charges

00:49Because I don't think it will be able to drop standing charges unilaterally without the support in place
