00:00What a nightclub and what a new arrival it was for South Tyneside.
00:06La Strada was the place where you could dance the night away at a venue which had a strict age and dress code policy.
00:15It welcomed the top stars of the day in the 1960s and was hailed back then as a superior type of club.
