00:08of gale force winds and heavy rain. In Timmoth, wave watchers were out to both view and capture

00:14nature's majestic might as it battled sea defences as the morning's high tide arrived.

00:22Meanwhile around the coast at Dawlish, the sea wall was doing its bit to keep the main

00:26line open and storm chasers there were transfixed by the sight of the awesome power of nature

00:30while trying to avoid a soaking. Although the station's resident pigeon population

00:37decided it was definitely not flying weather.
