00:00My name is Mike Stokes. I do a lot of different type of rescue work, and I love bobsledding.

00:09I'm in such healthy shape, I'm actually able to do different rescues.

00:13When I was in that swimming pool, I'm going to tell you right now,

00:16that was the most fun I had in my entire life.

00:20Man, I didn't know they could swim so well.

00:22Bobsledding changed my life. It got me in a lot of shape. I ended up losing 110 pounds.

00:27A lot of people, they're like, weren't you scared when that goose was coming at you?

00:33I get punched in the face by full-grown men for fun.

00:39At the end of the day, with 25 pounds, he's going to do things.
