00:19We've just had a call from a member of the public,

00:21who seems to have a cygnet that's stuck in a chain-link fence,

00:24being protected by another swan, which is presumably the cob,

00:28and there's another six cygnets around, so I'm not quite sure what the scenario is.

00:32All I do know is that normally an adult swan protecting a young is incredibly vicious.

00:39Good evening. Shall we come and have a peek first and see what's going on?

00:43They had six babies. They always have six babies. Right.

00:46But one of them's tiny, so I think they've adopted a baby, and it is one of their infants.

00:51OK. Well, what have we got then?

00:55OK. Well, there's mum and baby. Oh, there it is.

00:59And a very angry dad.
