Forum risorse umane, Marzocchi (Skillvue): “Rendiamo analisi competenze accessibile per le aziende”

(Adnkronos) - “L’innovazione è insita in ciò che facciamo. Inoltre, ci occupiamo di analisi di competenze per i processi di selezione, ad esempio il management. Il nostro obiettivo è rendere accessibile per le aziende l'analisi delle competenze su grandi numeri e, di conseguenza, rendere più meritocratici i processi di selezione e i processi di sviluppo all’interno delle organizzazioni”. Lo ha detto Nicolò Marzocchi, ceo e cofounder di Skillvue, in occasione del Forum Risorse Umane di Comunicazione italiana che per la XIV edizione, a Milano, ha come tema ‘Integrability’, un concetto che simboleggia l’insieme delle pratiche della gestione del personale e le nuove opportunità offerte dalla digitalizzazione e dalle evoluzioni nel mondo del lavoro.

00:14Our goal is to help companies make the analysis of skills on large numbers accessible to them,

00:31In the selection processes, we actually allow companies to perform skill assessments during the pre-selection phases

00:40in order to identify candidates with the greatest potential for the research competencies,

00:45while for the internal processes, we allow the mapping of skills,

00:49and the assessment of personnel skills in order to increase and develop people.

00:56These tools are based on artificial intelligence, so innovation is key.
