People of Glasgow share their thoughts on rising subscription models

There has been a gradual increase in payment systems turning to subscription models from food deliveries to television. We took to Argyle Street to ask Glaswegians for their thoughts.

00:41When you cancel, they'll turn around and give you another offer, which they should have

00:46given you the first time, but no, it's another offer, and then when they tell you, when your,

00:52what do you call it, when it runs out, when your time limit runs out, you've got to contact

00:57them, so sometimes you forget and you go, oh god, I need to phone them back.

01:02So there's charges, so that's them still charges, say it was £9, just say for talk sake, £9,

01:08and then me forgetting, it's going to be £15 to start again, so this is all the rigging

01:13and all, but my daughter, she's helped it all from the rigging off.
