00:25For the time being, the typhoon Pipito has passed and is just another tropical storm in the West Philippine Sea.
00:34The last time I saw it was 270 km away from Batac, Ilocos Norte.
00:39The wind speed was 110 km per hour.
00:42It is close to the middle and it will reach up to 135 km per hour.
00:48It is expected that the wind speed will increase to 20 km per hour.
00:53The wind signal is still high at Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, western portion of Pangasinan, and western portion of Abra.
01:05For the time being, there is still advisory, or weather advisory here in Batan,
01:11and it is expected that it will remain there until the strong rains.
01:17For the time being, in the state of our sea, we have raised the gale warning in Batanes, Ilocos Norte,
01:25and northern portion of the eastern seaboard of Ilocos Sur.
01:29It is still not allowed to go there because it will rise until the sea level rises.
01:34On the other side of the country, our countrymen can go to the sea.
