00:22And for the upcoming weather,

00:24the low-pressure area in the eastern part of Batanes

00:28was hit by a typhoon.

00:30It's called the Hulyan.

00:32Last night, at 4 a.m.,

00:34525 km east of Itbayat, Batanes,

00:38the strong wind was blowing

00:40at 55 km per hour,

00:42close to the middle,

00:44and the storm reached up to 70 km per hour.

00:46It is expected that it will be

00:48very, very strong

00:50at a speed of 15 km per hour.

00:52There is still no wind signal

00:56or tropical cyclone

00:58signal in any part of our country.

01:00But it is expected that

01:02it will give

01:04strong rains and

01:06thunderstorms here

01:08in the part of Batanes,

01:10including

01:12Babuyan Islands,

01:14Isabela, Ilocos Norte, and Apayao.

01:16It is expected that there will be

01:18heavy rains and thunderstorms.

01:20In Metro Manila

01:22and other parts of our country,

01:24the sky is still cloudy

01:26and it is possible that

01:28there will be localized rains.

01:30The last typhoon is expected

01:32to move until

01:34Sunday of

01:36East-East Kanduran.

01:38It may reach

01:40the eastern part of

01:42Cagayan Valley,

01:44particularly here in Isabela,

01:46Cagayan, and

01:48the islands of Babuyan

01:50and Batanes in the

01:52next few days.

01:54The Philippine Area of Responsibility

01:56is expected to

01:58be released by midweek.

02:00It means that either

02:02Wednesday or Thursday,

02:04the Philippine Area of Responsibility

02:06will be released as a

02:08typhoon category.
