00:33Earlier this morning at 4 a.m., it was at a distance of 185 kilometers from the city of Ilocos Norte.
00:40A strong wind of 95 kilometers per hour was blowing near the center and reached 115 kilometers per hour
00:48in the direction of Gilagang, Panluran at a speed of 30 kilometers per hour.
00:53According to Mika, the number one signal is high in Ilocos Norte, northern portion of Ilocos Sur,
00:58northern portion of Apayau, northern and western portion of Abra, western portion of Babuyan Islands
01:04and northwestern portion of Mainland Catayan.
01:07It is possible that the Philippine Area of Responsibility will release Mika in the next 12 hours.
01:14Another typhoon that we are monitoring, Typhoon Ofil, entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility earlier this afternoon.
01:22As of 4 a.m., it was at a distance of 1,170 kilometers east of south-eastern Luzon.
01:30A strong wind of 75 kilometers per hour was blowing near the center and reached 90 kilometers per hour.
01:37It was blowing in the direction of west-northwest at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour.
01:43Typhoon Ofil is expected to land in northern or central Luzon by Thursday.
