00:17This is Marce, which is strong in the island of Isabela.

00:26Earlier this afternoon, it was at a distance of 480 kilometers from the island of Isabela.

00:32Strong winds were blowing at 130 kilometers per hour,

00:36near the center of the island, and it reached 160 kilometers per hour.

00:40It was moving in the direction of Hilagang, Kandluran, at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour.

00:45Because of Marce, the signal number one in Batanes, Cagayan,

00:50Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Apayau, Abra, Calinga, Mountain Province, Ipugao,

00:55northern portion of Benguet, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, and northern portion of Aurora.

01:01Because the typhoon category is possible, Marce's highest wind signal

01:07that we can issue during the passage of Marce is signal number four.

01:12We also have a high gale warning for northern and eastern seaboards of Northern Luzon.

01:17So if possible, let's not go to those areas because it will be very high up to the sea.

01:23Marce is also possible to approach or landfall in the area of Gabuyan Islands

01:31or the northern portion of Cagayan Thursday afternoon or evening,

01:35and it is possible for our Philippine area of responsibility to go out on Friday afternoon or Friday night.

01:43We hope that Marce will continue to be strong and its peak intensity

02:02How will the weather be here in Metro Manila?
