00:00It is now possible for the Philippine Area of Responsibility to release the Christine typhoon.

00:05We got an update on the direction of the typhoon from the weather specialist, Erie Estrella.

00:12Good evening.

00:14Good evening to all of our listeners.

00:17This is the latest update on the Christine typhoon.

00:22As of today, 5 o'clock in the afternoon,

00:25the Philippine Area of Responsibility released the Christine typhoon.

00:30Even so, due to the large diameter of the Christine typhoon,

00:36the number one signal in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Apayao, Calinga, Abra, Mountain Province,

00:49Ipugao, Benguet, Cagayan, along with the Baboyan Islands, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Nueva Ecija,

00:58Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila, the northern portion of Rizal, and the northern portion of Cavite.

01:10Our countrymen continue to be careful in Nimaropa, Bicol Region, Visayas, Tinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte,

01:21Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, BARMM, Soxargen, and Davao Region due to the possibility of strong winds.

01:30Even so, our gale warnings are still high in the northern and western seaboards of Luzon.

01:37Our countrymen are also being warned in the municipalities near the coastal areas due to the possibility of a storm surge in their areas.

01:56Now, let's talk about the new weather outside our country, which has an international name, Tropical Storm Congre.

02:05Tropical Storm Congre is located 2,355 km east of southeastern Luzon.

02:16It has a current speed of 65 kmph with strong winds from the middle.

02:24When it falls, it can reach up to 80 kmph.

02:28It moves north-westward at a speed of 35 kmph.

02:34Congre is moving north-westward and will be westward on Sunday.

02:43It may enter on Sunday or Monday and we will call it Leon.
