00:22He said the incident involved a police vehicle and another car at the 259th kilometre of

00:28the North-South Expressway.

00:30He urged those with more information on the incident to contact the nearest police station.

00:35A video that showed the police vehicle ramming into the back of another car went viral on

00:40social media.
