00:37Here we are talking about a shop of about 1,000 square meters, we have almost 60 employees,
00:45so this is very important for us because as a group we care a lot about our boys and girls who work for us.
00:52We have a nice goal, which is to be able to serve 1,000 customers a day,
00:57so that means more than 350,000 customers in one year.
01:02We are open 365 days a year from 7 to 21, so it is really an ambitious project,
01:08but on which we believe there are really important prospects.
01:13This is a unique format, as I said, in Europe,
01:16obviously we have an exceptional offer of coffee in terms of quality,
01:22there are unique coffee fragrances and we also have an offer related to the world of food, very Italian.
01:29For example, here we sell a tiramisu, which has all been made with Italian products,
01:33and also a gelato-level affogato, which we made together with a gelato shop that has three Michelin stars.
01:41We are trying to raise the quality level, which is already very high, but in Rome we have done something super special.
