00:11But I will not go against INEC regulations.

00:14Because it is there that if they find you spending money to buy votes, it's against the law.

00:19When they took that, I told them no.

00:22They told me I'm liable to go to prison.

00:25What are your chances of winning?

00:28My chances is that I'm the only candidate that Ondo State requires for now.

00:34That is one. I'm the only candidate that Ondo State needs.

00:37Ondo State is bankrupt already.

00:40We are just there, down there.

00:43And we are supposed to be there.

00:45You understand? And I've told everybody who cares to know,

00:48my 24 years of service in Ondo State, trying to become the governor of Ondo State,

00:53is not just for joke.

00:55I'm here to serve my people. I'm here to deliver my people.

00:58And I'm here to take Ondo's sun, that is on the floor, to shine again.

01:03And I keep on telling everybody,

01:06by the time I will be celebrating my 100 days in office,

01:12from the 18 local governments, I will bring young youth, that is 100,

01:17within the 18 local governments that are millionaires.

01:22When I'm going to celebrate my 100 days,

01:28across the 18 local governments, you will see young boys, young girls,

01:32that are millionaires. They will have their own businesses.

01:35They will have people working for them.

01:37If you have 2 million, you are a millionaire.

01:39If you have 5 million, you are a millionaire.

01:41They will not do 419 again, because I'm a man that thinks out of the box.

01:45I will create work for them.

01:48Before I go, and I've promised women that are traders,

01:54if you don't belong to any market associations for now,

02:00please, try to belong.

02:02I've said, the security deposit,

02:10those are things that will create work for the women, so that it can be OK.

02:13And we, the men, will be discussing.

02:16And this is the first time that if you have a contract to be given out in this state,

02:33Lastly, sir, so I will ask the question,

02:35if you eventually win, do you think you will be given this mandate?

02:38As I said, if we were in the dome the other day,

02:42I charged the chairman of INET,

02:47and I charged the DIG,

02:49and I charged other security agents,

02:53that I believe that they are credible people,

02:57as they said, and I believe they are trustworthy people.

03:00Do you understand me?

03:02I don't have any doubt in my mind,

03:04that they will allow this election to be free and safe,

03:07because this is the first time,

03:09that those states indigent want to come out in full,

03:11and vote for who they want.
