00:00The typhoon Ophel cut off the province of Cagayan yesterday.

00:03In the town of Santa Ana, the whole area had almost zero visibility due to the strong rain and wind.

00:21But before this, we built more than 10 hours of strong wind and rain effect of the typhoon Ophel.

00:31Strong wind and strong rain, this is what caused the typhoon Ophel in Cagayan.

00:38It was past noon yesterday when the typhoon started to cut off the province of Cagayan.

00:44The whole area had almost zero visibility.

00:48Some trees were already flying.

00:52Even though the power lines were cut off, the trees were almost flying away due to the strong wind.

01:00The waves were strong due to the strong typhoon.

01:05The whole area was in a ghost town.

01:08All stores were closed and there were no people on the streets.

01:13The LGU carried out a forced evacuation because Santa Ana is a coastal town.

01:18If we were to be hit by the typhoon, the LGU would not be able to handle it.

01:27We have experienced more than 10 hours of strong rain and wind.

01:32It seems like nothing will change.

01:36We have received a lot of information that many barangays and villages in Cagayan are now submerged in the flood.

01:44There is a fallen tree that fell on Santa Ana, Isabela, and Cagayan.
