00:14The encounter was aimed at advancing the terms of the cooperation agreement that will be
00:19signed in Caracas, Venezuela.
00:21In this regard, Solomonovich stated that the progress in the relationship with the Latin
00:26American country is the result of the close contacts between President Nicolás Maduro
00:30and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin.
00:33For his part, Minister Náñez highlighted important issues discussed, such as the resurgence
00:38of fascism in the West, the use of artificial intelligence to manipulate reality, and the
00:43importance of creating anti-hegemonic media.
