00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. suggested that the Executive Order No. 74

00:09order to immediately stop the Pogo operation in the country.

00:13This was followed by their assertion that the so-called EO is not clear

00:18and that the Pogo operation did not involve private establishments.

00:23The President clarified that the order to stop the Pogo operation is clear

00:28and that it cannot operate under this kind of license.

00:33The Executive Order also stated that the EO is enough to ban the Pogo operation in the country

00:40and that there is no need for another law for this.

00:45There's just no way because it's the nature of the operation that we're banning.

00:50It's not because it's under Pag-Kuro or not.

00:53As long as it's Pogo, as long as that's their decision, it's banned.
