00:00President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. issued Executive Order 73 which adjusts the rates, indices, rules, and regulations

00:08on the allowances of government employees assigned overseas.

00:12EO 73 covers the Overseas Allowance, Living Quarters Allowance, Representation Allowance,

00:19Family Allowance, as well as Education Allowance.

00:22For their part, Department of Budget and Management or DBM Secretary Amena Pangandaman expressed

00:28appreciation and support to the Chief Executive's decision to adjust the allowance of foreign

00:34service personnel.
