PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA) lewat anak usahanya yakni SBT Investment 2 Pte. Ltd. mengumumkan penandatanganan perjanjian pembelian saham dengan Sembcorp Industries Ltd untuk akuisisi 100% saham Sembcorp Environment Pte. Ltd  usaha pengelola limbah. Nilai akuisisi ini diperkirakan mencapai Rp4,78 triliun.
