00:00Another victim was killed after an accident involving six vehicles on the Osmeña Highway.

00:06The victim will deliver when the incident happens.

00:10This is Denise Osorio in Vitalia.

00:15One tanker, two cars, one SUV, one delivery truck, and one 16-wheeler truck collided with each other.

00:23The delivery truck that was stuck in the middle of the road seemed to have a flat tire.

00:28Elmer Almentras, the cousin of the victim, was on his way to Tayuman from Magallanes.

00:34But he didn't expect that the 36-year-old Arvin Almentras would be able to make it.

00:39I think they're going to pick up some shipments.

00:42I was in the middle of an accident so I came here right away.

00:46Elmer has a problem. Who will be responsible for his cousin's death?

00:51I'm just waiting here. Will we be able to go home? I don't know about the parents. I don't know about their family.

01:07The authorities are investigating the incident.

01:11Meanwhile, traffic has become heavy on the Osmeña Highway.

01:16The Makati Public Safety Department will conduct a rerouting to reduce the traffic.

01:26They can go through Vito Cruz, Along Vito Cruz, and Hill Cuyat and Arnaiz.

01:34But they won't be able to go through Buendia up to Vito Cruz, South River Highway.
