00:26into colder weather now that the clocks have gone back and we're swiftly going towards

00:30Christmas that kind of cosy vibe is just what lots of people are after so let's get cracking.

00:41to it I think like I said before this is really what sold it to me. It's a beautifully renovated

00:51but in a serene kind of semi-rural setting so it's got a nice balance of the two. It's

00:55got a private driveway, mature lawns and a real sense of seclusion as you kind of

01:00enter into the cottage. When you go inside it's got a really rich and kind of characterful

01:05atmosphere to it which is really what you want from a home like this, you want something

01:08which has got a bit of texture to it, a bit of depth, a bit of history almost a feel of
